This Facebook post was in my newsfeed today:

First of all, I love Village Meat Market. I was so excited when they opened in the Czech Village and am certainly a regular customer. They bring in live music on Saturdays, serve the best muffaletta sandwich in town and are super interactive both in person and via social media.

And they listen. Look at that post. Their customers asked for something and they are making it happen. And all before noon. This is the magic of not only social media but good old-fashioned customer service.
